We operate as a small woodworking business creating handcrafted cutting boards and related products.
Handmade Nature and Board Variability
Since every piece of wood has its own unique grain pattern and color hue, two cutting boards with the same layout may look quite different. We want you to know that while you are purchasing a specific layout of the wood, the grain orientations and color hues will be unique to YOU, which also means we cannot guarantee exactly how it will look until its made.

Mass produced wood cutting boards follow cookie-cutter designs and are manufactured using automated protocols without human touch. At Designs by Dow, each cutting board is individually handcrafted, not mass-produced. Minor variations or small imperfections, such as subtle marks in the juice groove, are a natural part of the handmade process and reflect its authenticity.
Local Delivery (No Shipping)
At this time, we do not offer shipping.
We offer free delivery within a 15-mile radius of Menlo Park, CA.

Customers must provide a valid delivery address within this delivery zone. If the provided address is outside our service radius, we will contact you to discuss options or issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds
You may return a cutting board within 30 days of the ordering date for a full refund, provided that:

The board is in its original condition

You contact us before attempting a return.
